Universal Technical Resource Services, Inc. (UTRS) is a New Jersey based technology company which provides a wide range of leading-edge scientific, engineering, management and computer services to the public and private sectors. Our mission is to consistently deliver creative, high-quality, technology-based services to our customers on time and within budget.
We began in 1985 as a provider of highly specialized data processing services to large commercial organizations. We later expanded our services to include consulting and engineering in diverse technical areas and at the same time our customer base gew to include United States government clients such as the Department of Defense, Federal Aviation Administration and the Federal Laboratory Consortium for Technology Transfer. We are also a value-added reseller of computer hardware, software and software licenses.
We entered in the international market in 1998 and have been invovled in exporting environmentally-friendly products for use in the automotive repair sector and for soil stabilization in the construction of new and the repair of existing roads. During the past three years UTRS, through its subsidiary, UTRS Hungary, Kft. has utilized the TerraZyme® soil stabilization product in more than 20 km of roads in Hungary and has made substantial inroads in many other Central and Eastern European countries to expand the soil stabilization market.
