Clayton BCE-410EU Brake Washer Product Description
UTRS is pleased to announce the availability of our environmentally friendly and cost-effective brake washing system in Europe. The Clayton Brake Washer system, manufactured in the United States, safely cleans hazardous dust from all types of brakes by using Brigeciol 2000, a nonhazardous cleaning fluid. The powerful flow from the spray gun quickly loosens and removes dried oil, grease, and dirt from brakes. The built-in filtration system allows even the busiest shops to use this safe and effective fluid for more than a month.
The result is a much lower operational cost per vehicle than one-time-use aerosol cans, as well as the elimination of employee and environmental exposure to toxic chemicals. Thousands of these units are currently in use throughout the United States and the rest of the world.

Clayton Brake Washer Systems
Brigeciol 2000: This effective cleaning fluid is nonflammable, nontoxic, and safer than other cleaning solvents.
Low Profile: Only 28 cm high; easily rolls under truck axles. Handle folds down so it doesn't interfere when washer is being used.
Large Work Area: Basin is large enough to catch the runoff of liquid from large truck drums. The vinyl-clad grill will support up to 90 kg.
Compressed Air-powered: No electricity required.
Flow-through Brush: Parts cleaning brush features stiff, durable bristles for extended life and vigorous cleaning action. Double-shutoff quick disconnect coupling.
Injector Nozzle: 38-cm flexible wand is long enough to reach behind large truck tires to flush the drum before removing it. Suppressing the dust before removal prevents exposure to hazardous brake dust even when considerable force is needed to free the drum.
Safety Drying Gun: After cleaning, technicians can dry the brakes before lubricating the shoes. No time is lost waiting for water-based cleaners to dry.
Cover: The flexible cover doubles as a drainboard to direct runoff from the brakes into the basin.
Filtration: A durable polyethylene plastic frame with stainless steel filter media captures the dirt and debris that accumulate in and on the brakes. A 15-micron cloth filter captures smaller particles and helps to keep the fluid clean.
